Grand opening and ribbon-cutting at 11 AM on Saturday March 20, 2010.

In response to public requests for off-leash areas in Port Coquitlam, the city has opened its first one at 3300-block of Shaughnessy Street.

Some of the park features are:

• More than an acre of total off-leash fun
• Gravel parking lot
• Enclosed area for small dogs
• Almost 300mt forested trail circuit
• Benches and picnic table
