Monday, February 22, 2010 at 8:32PM Kane is looking for a big dog loving home
Kane is looking for a big dog loving home, This is Kane, he is a grey/blue two year old Neapolitan Mastiff. His previous owner claims he had to go back to China and brought Kane to the vet to have him euthanized. The vet did not agree and is trying to find him a good home, but can not keep him for long.Kane will be neutered soon. He is starting to gain a little bit of weight, he was very very slim, he was probably a neglected back yard dog. He is now up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.Kane needs a new home, with a patient owner who is knowledgeable of giant breeds and the care they require. He will require training and work, he pulls very hard on the leash (probably never saw one before and never been out for regular walks). His situation obviously makes him anxious and stressed, but never barks. The vet can not keep him there for too long. Heaven can wait, and we are really trying to help. The ideal home would be:1. Relaxed and fairly quiet atmosphere2. Strong and experienced dog handler. 3. Loving, gentle and firm4. No other dogs in the home.Behavior around children or other animals is unknown. If you know of someone that could give Kane a good home, please contact Dalia at 604-376-7101 or daliatauber@shaw.ca Or forward this email to spread the word ... thanks!
