No, most of our clients either have a key lock box and they let us know the access code, that way they have control over the possession of the key to their homes. This is the preferred method for us and the lock boxes can be very reasonably priced at any home depot or similar store. Plus you will never lock yourself out again! If they feel comfortable they give us keys that we safely keep. But if you would like to be there to send off and receive your pooch we are glad to give you the days outline and highlights.
